The lease goes from August 2008-August 2009. The apartment is beautiful in the brand new Woodlands of College Station just opened last fall. I was the first one to ever live in my room so it is in great shape. The bedrooms are leased individually. My room is the only one down stairs with a huge closet and private bath, the other two are upstairs. Rent will go up a little next year to $590 a month, but with just one bill a month it takes care of your rent, water, electricity, cable, internet, and phone line. It's a great deal! Also with this you get to enjoy all of their great amenities such as a huge resort style pool, gated community, huge clubhouse with pool tables, an amazing work out facility, computer lab, movie theater, etc. Another great thing is almost daily they have different fun activities organized for the residents such as pool parties, basketball tournaments, volleyball tournaments, free concerts, pizza coupons, free breakfasts, etc. I encourage you to visit their website and find out more about them. Unfortunately I won't be able to stay here so I need someone else to take my spot and take advantage of this wonderful place to live and all of their great amenities!
