So, my roomate and I are moving to San Marcos by the 19th of June and we're desperatly trying to sublease our apt. at or around that time and the actual lease ends August 9th. The apartment includes the following: 2BR/1.5 Bath, a loft like vaulted ceiling (3rd floor), private patio, most all amenities (oven, washer/dryer, fridge etc...), and the only things you'll be required to pay for is the monthly rent and utilities.
