Description

My sister and I already renewed our lease, but we've decided to live somewhere else. The lease is up July 2009. We need 2-3 people to sublease it for us up until the end of the renewed lease. We prefer to have set subleasers by the end of July 2008. No later than September 2008.

Guys or Girls..doesn't matter

Rent: $900/month (not per person)

No smoking.
Lots of cabinet space in kitchen.
Walk-in closets.
Breakfast area.
Yardwork/maintenance included.
Dog park down the street.
A&M campus bus stop right around the corner (within walking distance).
